Food Journal

  • 1/2 whole wheat bagel-90 calories
  • 1/2 TB peanut butter-50 calories
  • 2 clementines-100 calories
  • 1 cup milk-80 calories
  • protein bar-170 calories
  • turkey sandwich w/cheese-275 calories
  • apple-70 calories
  • 2 cookies-130 calories
  • red bell pepper-30 calories
  • pierogi’s-400 calories
  • salad-100 calories
  • 3 beers-285 calories

Total calories for the day 1780-20 calories to spare. I had planned on having a yogurt instead of the protein bar so that would have saved me 70 calories but I forgot the yogurt at home. I had also planned on only have 2 beers after work but had three instead. I didn’t work out at all and forgot to take the stairs at work.
