  • 1/2 whole wheat bagel-90 calories
  • 1/2 TB p.b.-50 calories
  • banana-110 calories
  • 1 cup milk-80 calories
  • apple-70 calories
  • pork chop-200 calories
  • broccoli-30 calories
  • sweet potato-105 calories
  • yogurt-100 calories
  • almonds-170 calories
  • tuna with 1 TB mayo-180 calories
  • cucumber-45 calories
  • crackers-150 calories
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese-80 calories
  • 2 cookies-130 calories

Total for the day 1590 calories and I was satisfied all day never got too hungry. After work I did an upper arms/core video, my heart really wasn’t in it but I finished.
