  • 1/2 whole wheat bagel-90 calories
  • 1/2 TB peanut butter-50 calories
  • 1 cup strawberries-50 calories
  • banana-120 calories
  • almonds-170 calories
  • pork chop-200 calories
  • broccoli-30 calories
  • sweet potato-105 calories
  • chicken-160 calories
  • 1/2 cup brown rice-110 calories
  • green beans-40 calories
  • drinks-400 calories
  • protein bar-90 calories

Total for the day 1615 calories-I counted my calories wrong I thought I had 1705 for the day. I could have had my cookies. That’s o.k. I didn’t need them anyway.  I went to the gym and did 110 flights at level 5 on the stair climber.
